NYCI North South Youth@Play

The North-South Youth Work Sector Practice Development Hub in partnership with PlayBoard NI are offering a one day ‘Introduction to Play Work in a Youth Work Setting’ training for staff and/or volunteers in the uniformed sector, north & south.

Date:  Saturday 25^th February 2023

Time:  10.30am – 4.30pm (lunch provided)

Venue: Dundalk area (TBC)

This in person, one-day, interactive training session led by Youth@Play Team in PlayBoard will include a mix of theory and practical play work activities. Up to three places are available per organisation.

The purpose of the session is to:

• Increase understanding of play and play work as a methodology and its contribution to youth work outcomes.
• Strengthen and enhance relationships in the uniformed sector north and south.
