A short project to introduce and practice mindfulness

This short programme has been designed to run across six sessions for you and your group. It aims to introduce ‘what it means to be mindful’, provide a number of short and simple activities to use to practice ‘mindfulness’ and guide the group to complete ‘A Walk to meet Yourself’ – an outdoor experience in nature that allows us to practice how to be mindful and recognise how this benefits us.
