The Quality Assurance poster is a tool to support all groups to Quality Assure and will hopefully encourage some to take part in the full Quality Scouting Experience programme.  This is a short PDF document (14 pages) with instructions on HOW TO use the Quality Assurance poster effectively within your group.

It tells you how to effectively use this support tool to help structure  the Quality Assurance process.

Part one requires youth members to get involved to say what they enjoyed most about scouting the past year, what you could improve/do better and finally to agree actions that you will do next year.

The other side of the poster provides an overview and reminders of 3 main areas for Scouters and Trustees:

1. Being Safe
2. Good Governance
3. Communication
