One Programme is the programme of Scouting Ireland and is used in all 5 Programme Sections. This principle means that each section of Scouting Ireland delivers the programme in a similar way. One Programme delivers the aim of Scouting Ireland through the use of the Scout Method and operates on the basis of Plan, Do and Review.

The Venture Crew is made up of teenagers aged between 15 to 17 years old.

As with all age groups, all parts of the Scout Method are equally important. Planning and reviewing of all activities take place in Venture Chews (informal groups of young people). Through these Venture Chews, Ventures are offered choices to help plan the programme, meetings and activities.

There are six key areas of development and growth (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Character, Emotional, Spiritual) for the Ventures.
