This guide has been developed in consultation with the Scouting Ireland Northern Province Support Officers to provide Group Leaders and Scouters with a tool to support them in the reflection and evaluation of their Scouting programmes, activities and personal journey.

This tool has been adapted and developed following the guidance put in place through the QSE – Quality Scouting Programme- and is intended to encourage and support all Scouting Ireland Groups, Leaders, Scouters and Young People to recognise the achievements that they make, track their own Scouting Journeys and provide a platform that enables everyone to plan and shape the future for themselves and their group within Scouting.
