The Engagement Framework as outlined in the Department of Education’s Priorities for Youth policy, is a way to demonstrate outcomes of youth work.
This is a short video (5 mins 39 secs) which explains how EA Registered scout groups can allocate their youth members to one of the four categories based on the key indicators and uses case studies as examples.
